I’m elated to announce that the Frankie Flora Bill, which seeks to overturn New York State’s “One Bite Rule” is going into session in the next few weeks. New York unfortunately is a “One Bite” state, which allows an owner of a dog to evade financial responsibility if their dog bites someone for the first time.
Let’s make sure no one else ever endures the type of pain that little Frankie went through – or worse. We are appreciative of all of your prayers and well wishes to us all. With your support, we can make this state safer for everyone.
