Frankie Thomas Flora III was born on March 26, 2004. When his mother Maria was eight months pregnant, she lost her husband , Frankie’s father, to a tragic accident. Frankie never got the chance to meet his father Frank. Frankie’s mother Maria also owned a Rottweiler, but when she found out that she was pregnant, she gave her dog of 5 years away. She had known the dog was not nice at times and although it was very hard to give away her pet, She wanted her child safe. After Frank , “Frankie’s Father” died about a month later Frankie’s Mother, Maria Flora was laying in bed, devastated about her husbands death and became feeling very ill then became very itchy from head to toe. She called her doctor who then told her to get to the doctors office immediately . When arriving , the doctor examined her, then he explained to Mrs. Flora that Frankie could be still born. She had something very rare called Colestasis of pregnancy. It felt like the room was spinning to Mrs. Flora. She pleaded with them to do something. HER BABY NEEDED TO LIVE. With a complicated delivery Frankie was born. He was a beautiful, healthy baby boy weighing 7 pounds 1 ounce. As the years went by Frankie grew alone with his mother, without his father in his life. he was an amazing spirit, very bright , outgoing and just plain lovable.
On April 16, 2009 was a day that changed Frankie’s life forever.
